BEST FIT FOR - Beth's movement is best utilized to balance out a heavy HIIT & Strength routine. She will guide you through important injury preventive flows - lengthening and aligning the body with intention, while also incorporating strength and paced movement to get your sweat on and feel the burn!
When she's not training - Beth is traveling with her family, sharing a meal with friends, or snuggling with her 10-year-old Cockapoo, Penny.
BETH
Beth lives in the Fairfield Beach Area with her husband and seven-year-old twins and is a certified yoga instructor. She is committed to creating a safe, judgment-free environment for people to explore their minds and bodies through movement, breathwork, and curated music. Yoga has helped Beth find strength, steadiness, and peace both on and off the mat. Her mission is to share this with others. Her classes are challenging, fun, and specifically crafted to be accessible to all levels. She looks forward to meeting you where you are, whether it's your first time stepping on a mat, or you are a seasoned yogi!

THIS CLASS
A combination of flow and longer-held postures help strengthen and nourish the body and mind. In each class, we will focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility. A perfect way to balance your exercise routine.
The class is structured to be challenging, but accessible to all levels. Modifications and props are offered and encouraged during practice. Prior to class, please inform Beth if you are new to yoga so that she can best support you.

CERTS
Beth is an E-RYT 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance. Along with her weekly class, she also offers private group, and individual yoga practice.
