With over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer, Kristina offers a refined, results-driven
approach to strength training, rooted in precision, mindfulness, and expertise. Whether working one-on-one, in a semi-private setting, or within a small group, Kristina delivers a highly intentional program with meticulous attention to detail for lasting results.

When she's not coaching - you’ll find her skiing every weekend throughout the winter, mountain biking, hiking, playing pickleball, catching live music, or enjoying a delicious meal.

CERTS

Kristina is a NASM Personal Trainer with specializations in Optimum Performance Training, Advanced Functional Movement, Kettlebells, Mobility, and Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness. She is also a 200 Hour Yoga Instructor, which she integrates into her approach to strength training. She’s currently enrolled in additional training courses for Golf & Sports Performance and Youth Exercise.

BEST FIT FOR - Kristina is a great fit for women of all ages – and for anyone who is ready to build real strength, inside and out. She has an inherent understanding of women’s physicality and how to achieve your highest potential. She draws from a wealth of experience with clients and from her own fitness journey.
