With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Angelo has coached across multiple disciplines—from YMCA and youth basketball coach to master-level personal training at Peak Physique in Greenwich. A trained Capoeira performer for 5 years under Mestre Bom Jesus at the Capoeira School of Performing Arts, he adds rhythm, mobility, and flow to his movement approach.

When he's not training - he's raising his own two young athletes in gymnastics, soccer, and wrestling—and when he's not coaching or parenting, he's writing, creating, and playing music.
