And Tiffanie has many years of experience in maintenance and progression-based training for ages 60+.

MS, CSN, CSCS - Tiffanie received her Masters of Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion; and Bachelors of Science, Clinical Dietetics from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to switching to Clinical Dietetics, Tiffanie completed 3 years of her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  While completing her Master's thesis, Tiffanie was published in Topics of Clinical Nutrition for original research examining the effect on women’s pre-exercise meal’s glycemic load on satiety and energy intake after moderate-intensity aerobic exercise.


Lectures - at CUNY City College and in corporate seminars regarding the teen obesity epidemic and prevention programs.

When she's not training - Tiffanie is a mother of 2 and former competitive springboard diver and gymnast.  She enjoys being on the water and trying to keep up with her super active kids!
