Service Description
60-minute high-intensity interval training sessions performed outside with 6 foot distancing between participants. Masks are not required but are preferred. Temperatures will be taken. BodyShock trainer, Gerardo Lambert, is an 11-year heart transplant recipient taking immunosuppressants. He follows all CDC guidelines at work and at home. Please bring a water bottle, personal yoga mat, and dumbells, resistance bands, or weighted cuffs of your preference.
