Kelly lives in Fairfield with her 3 teenage sons and has been a local fitness instructor for over 20 years.  You've seen her in Joy Ride, Equinox, Row House and more.  Fitness is her life's work and she loves walking onto the gym floor every day to meet her clients where they are at and guide them through their fitness journeys.

She teaches Tabata Body and Total Body Endurance small group classes.  And can be booked privately for personal training, or small group training.

When she's not training - Kelly is taking her 2 dogs on hikes and hanging out with her boys.
