How do I log into my Zoom class?

Zoom sessions can be either PUBLIC or PRIVATE.  Depending on which one you are part of, the pricing and registration will be different.
 
PUBLIC Zoom classes are a flat fee of $10 per person.  You can only register for a public zoom class by paying the $10 fee online or by purchasing a Monthly Membership for $195 which gives you access to all public outdoor classes, public zoom classes, and any private group classes you are participating in. 
Once you have registered, you will recieve an email with the subject line "Thanks for your booking!" to the email address you provided, with the zoom link for access to the class at the time it is being held.  You can also find this link in your Account dropdown under "My Bookings".
 
For PRIVATE Zoom classes, all Private Group pricing still applies.  This means, whatever form of payment you have used previously with your outdoor group will still apply. You can register for a Private Zoom class buy purchasing a Day Pass ($18), a 10 Pack BodyShock Class Package ($170), your Monthly Membership ($195), or buy purchasing a Small Group Class for a flat rate of $100 for 3-5 people.  If you usually pay by Venmo, you are able to register for private zoom classes with the "Pay Offline Option". 
Same as with the public zoom classes, once you have registered, you will recieve an email with the subject line "Thanks for your booking!" to the email address you provided, with the zoom link for access to the class at the time it is being held. How do I cancel my video subscription?

Unfortunately we do not have access to cancelling your video subscription(s) for you. Provided are the steps to cancel your monthly paid video subscription with BodyShock:
1. Log into your account
2. Select the Profile Icon on the Video Subscription Banner (this banners position on the homepage moves from time to time, but it can always be found at https://www.bodyshockbygerardo.com/bodyshock-video)
3. Select 'Cancel Subscription'.

How do I book a class?

1. Go to 'Book Now' in the top navigation (https://www.bodyshockbygerardo.com/book-online).

2.  What are you book? If you are booking an In-Home or Virtual Private Personal Training Session, select 'Personal Training' from the top category selection. ​
   
​3.  Select either Virtual or In-Home by clicking "Book Now".  Options to choose from the available trainers, and to purchase a package deal will be available for up to a 10% discount on bulk purchases on the next page.  NOTE: If you have already purchased a package of multiple sessions, you will need to LOG IN with the email address associated to your previously purchased package, before booking your next session. 4.  If you are booking a class, the process is similiar to above.  Select 'BodyShock Studio', and select the class type you are booking. 
PRIVATE Backyard BodyShock - RESERVED classes are private groups that have scheduled appointments with BodyShock trainers.  You should know your groups date and time before booking.  If your group has spoken with a BodyShock team member, it will be available for booking on the booking calendar.
Backyard Bodyshock Class OPENINGS are time slots that are BodyShock trainers still have available.  Feel free to look through and find a time that works best for your group to get together on a weekly basis or more!
PUBLIC Zoom classes are zoom workouts that are open for anyone to join, usually held on a weekly basis.
PRIVATE Zoom classes are scheduled privately for any group that usually meets outside in-person but can't due to inclement weather, traveling, or health concerns.
