**Booked Backyard BodyShock classes ONLY. Please be sure you know your hosts allotted day and time before registering.** ***If the $100 minimum is not met (e.g. less than 6 people arrive), participants will be charged a supplemental amount prior to class. 60-minute high-intensity interval training sessions done in the privacy of your backyard. Hosted by trusted friends, your group is your personal bubble. BodyShock Trainer, Gerardo Lambert, is an 11-year heart transplant recipient taking immunosuppressants. He follows all CDC guidelines at work and at home.
